I work in venture capital, give back to the communities that opened doors for me, and have strong opinions about tango, pigeons, and why you should adopt your next pet. I'm based in Chicago, connected to Mexico, and building something international. This site is where I share what I do, what I believe, and what keeps me curious outside of work.
I'm an operations leader who builds systems and teams at the intersection of venture capital and emerging technology.
Over the past decade, I've worked across venture, policy, and data. I've supported all functions within an emerging venture capital firm, designed an impact investment program, advanced sustainability efforts in state government, and led two research-grade market data products used by academic institutions and financial firms. I also co-founded Learn AI for Investors, a community focused on practical AI implementation in venture workflows. I'm drawn to the overlap between positioning and process, and I'm at my best working closely with leadership to take initiatives from idea to execution.
This site shares more about my work in venture capital, my involvement in the Chicago tech and innovation ecosystem, and what I'm thinking about outside of work.
